Travel Awards:

CEEC provides different travel awards for students (undergraduate, masters, and doctoral) and postdocs to help defray expenses to attend our annual meeting. These awards are administered by the CEEC Social and Awards Committee.

There are three different travel award categories (subject to change):

  1. CEEC Presentation Travel Award

  2. CEEC Attendee Travel Award

  3. CEEC Diversity and Inclusion Travel Award

You may apply to multiple awards; however, you are only eligible to receive one award. If you apply for more than one award you must submit a separate application for each one to which you apply. You will be evaluated based on each award’s individual evaluation rubric, which is provided under the awards description.

  • Deadline to apply to all travel awards is: April 28th, 2023 @ 11:59pm
